After registration is finished, verify your account
Now enter again the email & DoB that you used during registration. If skrill now asks you to enter the SSN then it failed to look you up in its database. That means you won’t able to use this trick and will have to submit documents or just throw this account and try your luck with another full

After successful verification goes to the “Cards and bank accounts” and enter CC data. The best thing here is that you can use someone else’s card, so its name doesn’t have to be the same as the account name we used for verification.
